When these receptors continue to work overtime for years on end because of too much sugar in the blood, they begin to fail which can lead to a plethera health changes. We offer three self care Blood Sugar Programs.

Basic Advanced Superior

1.) Avoid these foods:

  • Highly Processed foods with added artificial flavorings and colorings, Highly Refined Carbs (white bread, cookies)

  • Wheat, Barely, Rye, Gluten free Oats, Nitrites, Nitrates, Fried Foods, GMO Corn, GMO Soy, Meat Cooked well Done, Baked Potato Skins, Oil in a Bottle, Carbonated Beverage with a meal, Artificial sweeteners

  • Added Sugar in excess of 25g per day or Added sugars in excess of 5% of caloric intake. We Highly recommend to cut that amount in half to no more than 12-13g of added sugars per day.

  • Replace Added Sugars with natural sweeterns like Honey, Dates, Blackstrap molasses, Organic Stevia, or Maple Syrup,

  • Decrease Consumption of Sweet Alcoholic Beverages

2.) Incorporate these foods

  • Salmon, Pature Raised Eggs, Raw organic Dairy, Lamb, Grass Fed Beef, Grass Fed Butter

  • Avocado, Peas, Sprouted beans, apples, Sweet Potatoes, Green Leafy vegetables

  • Almonds, Walnuts, Sun Flower Seeds

  • Green Tea, Apple Cider Vinegar

3.) Sleep

  • Get adequate amount of sleep each night 7-9 hours.

4.) Timed Eating

Eat in either a 12 hour window, 10 hour window or 8 hour window

EX: Fast from 7pm-7am or 6pm - 8am or 5pm - 9am (you can adjust these hours 12:12, 10:14 or 8:16. It is important for the body to have a chance to get rid of cellular waste and heal. it does this best when we are sleeping. Fasting has shown us tremendous health benefits and though this does not direclty mean your blood sugar will change, it will ad an overall benefit..

5.) Forgive,

It doesn’t matter what they did. Forgive it. Make a list of people you feel even the slightest bit at odds with and forgive them. Confrontation may be necessary. Let go of the offense…

6.) Exercise: Spend a minimum of 150 minutes each week (or 2.5 hours or  15-20 minutes per day or 30-40 minutes every other day)  doing Aerobic  Exercise: Fast pace Walking, Bicycling, Jump Rope, Swimming, Bouncing, Trampoline...)
